Registration Process

1. Complete and submit the online application form.

2. Process payment accordingly, based on your selection.

3. Email proof of payment to admin@idenko.co.za

4. Scan and email a copy of the following documents to admin@idenko.co.za.
            (a) A certified copy of all directors ID documents or passports
            (b) Signed original power of attorney – emailed to you when you have submited the application form

Immediately upon receipt of the relevant proof of payment, we will submit a name reservation request to the Registrar of Companies on your behalf (electronic process).

A response is generally received within 48-72 hours.  Depending on CIPC’s service delivery.  We will keep you advised on the results thereof via email and/or SMS.
Once your company name has been reserved, we will immediately proceed with the submission of the company registration documents.

Your company will be registered within 2-3 working days thereafter. Depending on CIPC’s service delivery.  You will receive the following documents once your company has been incorporated:

Registration certificate

Notice of incorporation – Form CoR 14.1

Confirmation on the initial directors of the company – Form CoR 14.1 – Annexure A

Memorandum of incorporation (MOI) – Form CoR 15.1 A

Submission of required documentation:

As part of due process, the Registrar of Companies will only accept certified copies of directors ID documents and/or signed power of attorney documents.
As such, on receipt of proof of payment, we will contact you to facilitate the receipt of the above-mentioned documents.
